El Mapeo de servicios de respuesta a la violencia sexual contra hombres y niños fue realizado por All Survivors Project (ASP), en asociación con el Espacio de Coordinación Nacional de Violencias Basadas en Género (ECN VBG) y el Subcluster de Salud Sexual y Reproductiva y Violencias Basadas en Género (SSR-VBG), el Espacio de Coordinación Nacional de Protección (ECN PROT) y el Área de Responsabilidad de Protección de la Niñez (AoR Prot Niñez) para responder a la necesidad expresada por las organizaciones socias y las coordinaciones humanitarias de mejorar la comprensión de la prestación de servicios para hombres y niños que son sobrevivientes de violencia sexual en Colombia. El objetivo de este ejercicio no es desviar la atención y los recursos de las necesidades críticas y apremiantes de las mujeres y las niñas, sino garantizar que las respuestas estén disponibles para todo el universo de sobrevivientes.
El propósito de este ejercicio es complementar la información disponible en los Mapeos de Servicios ya existentes en los ECNs/Subsector/AoR y realizar algunos productos que puedan ser útiles a las organizaciones para la gestión y remisión de casos, así como diseñar las iniciativas de fortalecimiento de capacidades basadas en las necesidades de las organizaciones socias.
Este mapeo está dirigido al personal de las organizaciones socias para reforzar la remisión y gestión de casos, por ello, los contactos aquí incluidos son para uso exclusivo de las organizaciones y no deben ser compartidos directamente con la población de interés.

La infografía presenta los resultados del mapeo de servicios e introduce al panorama de la violencia sexual hacia hombres y niños en Colombia y a las necesidades de atención de los sobrevivientes; visibiliza la situación de los servicios de respuesta a los sobrevivientes de género masculino, sus retos, las prácticas que han sido útiles para identificación y gestión de casos por parte de las organizaciones socias de la coordinación humanitaria; y presenta las necesidades de fortalecimiento de capacidades de las organizaciones humanitarias identificadas a través del mapeo de servicios.

The mapping of services that respond to sexual violence against men and boys was created by All Survivors Project (ASP), in partnership with the National Gender-Based Violence Coordination Area (Espacio de Coordinación Nacional de Violencias Basadas en Género – ECN GBV), the Sexual and Reproductive Health and Gender-Based Violence Subcluster (Subcluster de Salud Sexual y Reproductiva y Violencias Basadas en Género – SRH GBV), the National Protection Coordination Space (Espacio de Coordinación Nacional de Protección – ECN PROT) and the Child Protection Area of Responsibility (CP AoR). This mapping responds to a need, as expressed by clusters’ partner organisations and humanitarian coordinators, to increase understanding of available services for men and boys who are survivors of sexual violence in Colombia. The aim of this exercise is not to divert attention and resources from the critical and pressing needs of women and girls, but to ensure that responses are available to all survivors.
The aim of this exercise is to complement existing service mappings in the Humanitarian Architecture in Colombia and to produce a product that can be used by organisations for case management and referral, as well as aid the design of capacity-building initiatives based on the needs of clusters’ partner organisations.
This mapping is intended to be used by partner organisations to strengthen referral and case management, and therefore the contacts included here are for the exclusive use of these organisations and should not be shared directly with the population of interest.

It introduces the theme of sexual violence against men and boys in Colombia and the care needs of survivors; it highlights the current situation of the response services available for male survivors, their limitations, and the practices that have proven effective for the identification and management of individual cases of male survivors. It also presents the capacity-building needs of humanitarian organisations.
