Sahar Khalil is an operations professional with expertise in change management, operational planning, strategy development, finance, monitoring and evaluation, and risk management. Sahar currently works as Associate Director in the Operations Division at Human Rights Watch. Prior to this, she was a Global Project Manager, where she oversaw operations work in the Americas region and managed change related projects. She has an MPA in Public Administration and is a member of the Change Management Institute.
