Nelly Staderini is Reproductive Health Advisor in the Medical Department of Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF). With a French midwifery and public health background, she has previously worked in public hospitals in Paris and with various humanitarian organisation including MSF in clinical and coordination positions in Asia (Cambodia, Pakistan, Afghanistan) and Africa (Guinea, Chad, Burundi). She has conducted academic work in Cambodia and Chad and is the author of “Sage-femme in Afghanistan” (ed Cheminements, 2003) and co-author of “L’art des matrones revisité”, Naissances contemporaines en question, Ed Faustroll, 2011).
