Tomaso Falchetta is All Survivors Project’s Senior Legal and Policy Advisor. He worked for Child Soldiers International and for the International Secretarial of Amnesty International’s, in the International Law and Policy Programs, where he was Legal and Policy Advisor. His main responsibilities included providing advice on international human rights and humanitarian law, drafting intervention before human rights courts and bodies and representing the organizations at the UN Human Rights Council and other human rights bodies at the UN, the Council of Europe and the African Union. Tomaso has worked on international human rights policy and advocacy on a range of topics including on human rights’ responsibility of non-state armed groups, international standards and the death penalty, state and corporate surveillance and the right to privacy. Tomaso is an Italian lawyer and has a Law Degree from the Law College in Ferrara (Italy).
